Return Policy - Customer Care is a Priority
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will refund your money or exchange the item/s once you have returned your purchase to us. In the case of bulk yarn purchases the return policy only applies to yarn in the form it was supplied and not to that which has not been made into another item.
I fyour item arrives damaged please retain all packaging and the item in case our carrier wishes to inspect them. Send us photographs of the damaged items and we will instigate a claim for loss with the carrier.
Any returns or claims for damage must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase by emailing us at info@auction-bay.com We will contact you and advise you of the action we are taking or with instruction on how to return your purchase.
We will do all we can to rectify any problems as soon as you notify us.
