PAYMENT METHODS
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal as a form of payment, but we also accept United Kingdom postal orders and personal cheques (Personal cheques may take up to 5 working days to clear after receipt and no goods will be dispatched before clearance).
DELIVERY
Stock permitting, we aim to despatch goods in 3-5 working days from receipt of your payment, however items will generally arrive with you sooner. If you place an order on a weekend or on a bank holiday, we will process your order the following working day.
All deliveries will require a signature and you will be advised when it is dispatched.
OVERSEAS ORDERS
We welcome orders from overseas. Please place your order online. The postage cost depends on the size and weight of your item and its final destination and may require a specific quote. Payment only through PayPal please.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS OR DELAYS IN DELIVERY
Most items are always in stock and are shipped within 3-5 working days from the date of payment. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or there is a delay in delivery, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch the item as soon as it arrives.
SALES
Unless the item is faulty, sale items can only be exchanged not refunded. In order to qualify for an exchange, sale items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Returned goods must be complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.
RETURNS
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, then please notify us within three days of receipt and return to us within 7 working days.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. To return any products to us, please:
Complete the reverse side of the invoice (which comes with your order) and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange. Pack the items back in the parcel, enclose the invoice.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
